01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 09 Jili platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, downloading the mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 09 Jili (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 09 Jili platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 09 Jili, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, arcade titles, promotional offers, and any future services added to the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 09 Jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine gaming law. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on 09 Jili.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 09 Jili or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

09 Jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 09 Jili may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 09 Jili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. 09 Jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 09 Jili support immediately.

09 Jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 09 Jili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer.

Deposits are credited to your 09 Jili account balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. 09 Jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages beyond our control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply, as specified in the platform's current payment terms displayed at the time of withdrawal.
• 09 Jili reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

09 Jili does not charge fees for standard GCash withdrawals. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside 09 Jili's control and are your responsibility.

05 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 09 Jili platform — including slot games, fishing games, live dealer tables, arcade titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

All game outcomes on 09 Jili are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. 09 Jili does not manipulate game outcomes and all Return to Player (RTP) figures are published transparently within the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 09 Jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 09 Jili reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error and to refund the wager placed for that round. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. 09 Jili is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the player's side.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

09 Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions such as the Valentine's Rose campaign in February. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 09 Jili promotions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 09 Jili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but remain eligible to claim them through the platform's promotions page.

09 Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the platform where reasonably practicable.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09 Jili platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 09 Jili support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games or any multiplayer format.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. 09 Jili is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after they have been processed by 09 Jili.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 09 Jili staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 09 Jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and the 09 Jili brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of 09 Jili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 09 Jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 09 Jili.

Any unauthorised use of 09 Jili's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details in Section 15.

09 Privacy & Data

09 Jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 09 Jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

09 Jili is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law — including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) — to collect and verify certain personal information from all registered players. This includes identity verification, age verification, and in some cases source-of-funds documentation.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform. For full details, please review the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 09 Jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

09 Jili's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09 Jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and connections are secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits 09 Jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

09 Jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players aged 21 and above:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from 09 Jili may request self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Termination

09 Jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if the termination is the result of a breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity. In all other cases, 09 Jili will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 09 Jili customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

09 Jili operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations form part of the regulatory environment within which 09 Jili operates and may affect the rights and obligations of both parties.

14 Amendments

09 Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 09 Jili will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 09 Jili platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes were made.
