06 Data Sharing

09 Jili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other authorised payment service providers receive the financial data necessary to process your transactions. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Identity verification providers: Authorised KYC (Know Your Customer) service providers who assist us in verifying your identity and age as required by PAGCOR and AML regulations.

• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for the period required by PAGCOR KYC regulations, typically five (5) years from account closure.
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, or longer if related to an unresolved dispute or legal matter.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months in identifiable form, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for three (3) years thereafter as evidence of consent.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations where processing is required by law — for example, we cannot delete transaction records that we are legally required to retain under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

10 Data Security

09 Jili implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. Our security measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the 09 Jili platform.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and identity documents, using industry-standard encryption algorithms.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

11 Children & Minors

09 Jili is strictly an adult platform. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, the minimum age to register and play on 09 Jili is 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

All registration applications are subject to age verification. Where 09 Jili discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after verification.

Your continued use of the 09 Jili platform after the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
